TASTING NOTES: Yellow, clean and bright aspect. On the nose it has a wild Atlantic herbs smell and on mouth it shows a balanced sweetness, leaving a pleasant fresh and balsamic aftertaste.
Pazo Castrelo Coffee liqueur
AGUARDIENTE TYPE: Orujo macerated with coffee
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 30º
MAKING PROCESS: Orujo liqueur macerated with Colombian coffee.
TASTING NOTES: Dense and dark with violet tones. On the nose it is reminiscent of traditional coffee aromas. On mouth, it is well balanced with lingering aftertaste of coffee and orujo.

TASTING NOTES: Bright amber colour with oranje highlights. It is an intense liqueur with molasses and dried fruits aromas. On mouth it is intense and greedy with a balanced sweetness, leaving a large and pleasant sweetness of honey.

TASTING NOTES: It shows a bright greenish yellow color. On the nose, it has an intense lemon flavour and on mouth it has a well balanced sweetness, leaving a nice cool and refreshing aftertaste.

TASTING NOTES: Amber colour with Golden highlights. Intense aroma with hints of citrus fruits and on mouth it is smooth and greedy with long and burning aftertaste.

TASTING NOTES: On the visual phase, it emphasizes its creaminess and white coffee colour. On nose it is a cream-scented coffee with an intense touch of caramel and on mouth it highlights the softness and texture in mouth with a wide toffee aftertaste.

TASTING NOTES: Thick cream with toasted tones. On nose a pleasant aroma to orujo is well perceived and on mouth it highlights its extraordinary delicacy and creaminess with a soft and creamy finish.

AGUARDIENTE TYPE: Orujo with milky cream, chocolate and macerated cherries.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 15º
MAKING PROCESS: Orujo liqueur milk, chocolate and macerated cherries cream.
TASTING NOTES: On a visual phase it shows as a dense brown cream with reddish cherry tones. It is a cream with an intense chocolate aroma with a pronounced hint of red fruits. On mouth it highlights its greedy start with broad and unctuous end.
